| 38% 70 year old Garnatxa, 18% 50 year old Cariñena with yields of 0.5kg, 14% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Syrah, 1% Tempranillo, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Carmenere, average age of 25 years and yields of 1.5-2kg. The Garnatxa & Cariñena are aged 12 months and the other varieties 17 months in oak, 66% Allier, Troncais and Central France and 34% from Tennessee American. No fining, stabilization or filtration. A huge floral perfume reveals notions of blueberries, graphite, black raspberries, cassis, chocolate and minerals. Powerful, complex, lush, full-bodied, dark fruit flavours cascade over the palate with purity, elegance and symmetry.
