100% Verdejo, an early-ripening variety, planted predominantly in the northern part of the Iberian peninsular. Due to its popularity with consumers, it has become more widely planted in other regions like Mancha. Campos Reales have cultivated Verdejo for more than a decade and found it has adapted perfectly to its climate and surroundings. Careful vineyard management and ensuring accurate harvest dates and harvesting by night to preserve acidity and varietal aromas are essential. Yellowish-green colour, bright and alive. Aromatic citrus and tropical fruit notes of melon, pineapple and mango. Light and fresh with citric touches, lemon and grapefruit on the palate with a clean and persistent finish. Perfect with tapas and light dishes.
