100% Trepat, the Mas Fi Brut Rosé is an elegant, balanced Cava. Having undergone secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine is aged for 11 months providing a complex and structured palate. Bright pink colour with violet highlights showing a fine mousse. Fine and persistent bubbles with abundant formation of beads and a thick crown. Enticing, fresh, clean aromas of wild berries and violets. On the palate, slightly off dry, complex and structured, with fresh strawberry, cherry and wild berry fruits. Its ageing gives it a long, balanced palate progression, maintaining a fresh and lively finish. Consumption temperature 6° - 8° C
