80% Treixadura, 10% Albariño, 5% Loureira and 5% Lado. Pre-selected grapes in vineyard, harvested by hand in 15kg boxes. Second selection in the bodega. Grapes are then frozen in a 'freezer tunnel' to preserve aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 8 days. Static stabilization for 6 months followed by a very light filtration.
Very bright golden colour, complex floral fruit aromas, clean, fresh, balanced acidity, stony, peach fruits, good structure, elegant with great personality. 4062 bottles of 75cl and 103 Magnums, all numbered.
