A careful selection of Garnacha and Tempranillo from 25-year old+ vineyards. Lightly aged for 3 months in American barrels. Cherry red colour with an attractive garnet rim. Intense aroma of ripe fruit, soft lactic nuances and light notes of liquorice. Well-structured palate with redcurrant fruits, exotic spice and rounded tannins. After fermentation, the wine is subjected to 6 months of micro-oxygenation in tank in order to round it off and enhance structure and aromas. Production: 6000 bottles
